This is an archival one of a kind mixed media piece. 19x16 unframed

PRODUCTS and DESCRIPTION

Ruby creates mixed media artwork that includes her original photographic images, paintings and drawings of the human figure and the natural world.  She blends her visions with technology by digitally enhancing the image and joins it with found objects such as fabrics, laces, grasses, sticks, bones, quills, brocades and shiny candy wrappers which are stitched into the work. Her images are then enlarged often 2-5 times the original size and printed as a giclee. Ruby then again reworks the piece in this format, drawing and painting onto and again stitching materials into the image until the piece is complete.

All art images on this site are copyrighted, owned by the artist and the Visionary Healing Arts Sanctuary & Gallery. No reproduction or computer-generated use of any image is allowed unless the artist has granted expressed written, dated, and signed permission.
